the antibody character walks in and past a sign saying "nose" so the viewer knows we are in the nose... he meets the cold character and tries different ways to get rid of it. he fails at first and makes the cold stronger...then in the end he finds a way that gets rid of the cold.
this story was also thought of to possibly be advertising for actifed and the box crushes the cold in the end and show that you need actifed when you have a cold.
